Are your autographs authentic?

Each item includes a third-party Certificate of Authenticity (COA) issued by a reputable authentication company.  We actually follow eBay's COA policy (https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/autographed-items-policy?id=4283&msockid=1f23fcb6a12862b90358ea6aa0056329) and will not not sell items from authenticators on eBays "not allowed" list.  That said, buyers are encouraged to review all photos and conduct their own due diligence regarding authentication preferences.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We love to work with you on discounts for bulk purchases.  Reach out to us with what you're looking to buy and feel free to propose a bundled price for those items and we'll go from there!

How quickly do you process orders?

Barring any crazy circumstances, orders are processed within one business day.  We pride ourselves on our communication and will be sure to keep you apprised of the status of your order.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind what we sell. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it promptly. We offer a 30 day money back return policy from the date of purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.  We ship everything with the appropriate insurance coverage so we can typically refund you your purchase price so you don't have to work with the post office for reimbursement, but there are times we'll need you to ship the item back to us (we'll cover the shipping cost).
